Refund Policy for Digital Products
This policy applies to purchases made from Macie Babie Music, LLC through maciebabiemusic.com.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital music, mixtapes, guides and other downloadable products cannot be returned. Sales are final once the product has been delivered or made available for download.
We may provide a replacement or refund if you receive the wrong file, the file is defective, or you are charged more than once. Report download problems through our website contact form within seven days of purchase.
APPOINTMENTS AND SERVICES
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are nonrefundable. One reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
Customers who do not attend their appointment without notice are not eligible for a refund. Arriving late does not extend the scheduled ending time. After 15 minutes without communication, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
If Macie Babie Music cancels an appointment, the customer may choose a new appointment time or receive a full refund.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and may take five to ten business days.
